What “life-hack” do you think all newbies should be using from the start?

With Bitcoin slowly creeping up to it’s previous bull run, there has been a massive influx of new investors in the crypto-space. And what better way than welcoming them with some quality lifehacks that will make their journey easier!
Please share yours, Reddit is a hivemind after all and we learn from each others experiences!
My favourite lifehack in crypto is definitely using whitelisting on exchanges for that added layer of security. It takes a few minutes of your time but it really adds some more security in case of breach.
Another one: when moving your funds between exchanges, be sure to use coins that allow super fast and cheap transactions like XLM or ALGO.
