Which crypto do you think has the best chance to become a global currency and why?

Which cryptocurrencies do you think are best suited for daily payments following satoshi nakamoto’s vision? (Decentralized peer to peer, not controlled by governments, banks or any other central authority).

Some requirements would be:

scalability. security / censorship resistant. speed (number of transactions per second / blocktime). low fees. fair distribution. privacy / fungibility?

No shilling please. Only name coins that have payments as their main utility and meet above requirements.

Thanks for your interesting suggestions and discussion! And great hearing about some newer projects and technologies.

I haven’t suggested crypto is gonna replace fiat anytime soon. But if we are gonna wait for the governments permission it’s definitely not gonna happen. It’s already here we can choose to transact with it right now if we want to.
