But I paid using stablecoins from my own Gnosis Safe wallet using a Gnosis Pay Visa card! Gnosis Pay is a Safe wallet linked to a normal Visa debit card.
On one hand it was incredibly normal and uneventful, but on the other hand it’s kind of amazing that it was uneventful. It was exactly like using a regular card, except that the funds came straight from my own wallet’s stablecoins.
Normally holding money on-chain feels like a silo in its own world, it’s quite a liberating feeling to be able to swap any token for a stablecoin and pay for stuff right away in the real world.
Also, no CEX, regular bank transfer to a personal IBAN becomes stablecoins on-chain.
