Trading suspended on exchange in Canada

Just got an email about this from Kraken for WBTC, USDT and a few other coins, with deposits and trading functions ceasing on November 30th, can’t withdrawal on December 04, and will be liquidated on December 5th.

I don’t use Kraken, but did make an account recently, to buy moons hahaha. I’m more concerned about WBTC, does that include all BTC? if it does, thats pretty annoying because I was going to begin buying BTC and now will have to find another exchange that works in Canada.

Also, did anyone else see this coming?
