The idea is that if I lose my main phone or it gets stolen, they can somehow figure out a way to access the 2fa apps and email and crypto exchange apps before I manage to disable them. Currently if another person gets my Xiaomi phone, if they unlock it (fingerprint) they have full access to email and my 2fa authenticator app, which would also be enough to access my Binance account, they would also have my Sim card. How messed up is that? Also the headache of recovering everything on a new phone when it comes to 2fa is awfully painful process if you use 2fa to access many apps/exchanges etc.
Thank you for your opinions.
