I want to invest in crypto….

Would it be better if I invested in crypto directly or invest in a crypto etf? I want to be involved in crypto but at the same time I’m not sure if I want to be invested in it directly. Are there any good crypto etfs out there ? Are they even paying good returns on investment? What are your guys thoughts, any information is helpful. All of this would be done in a Roth IRA if I even decided to do this. I have owned crypto in the past this summer when shit was expensive and I had to sell it(also at a loss)
