How is he capable of stealing funds from metamask wallets?

From my wallet a litte amount of BNB (chain: BEP20) and ETH (chain: Arbitrum) are missing. How is he capable of stealing other people’s funds?

This is the first time I am losing money in my 5+ year long crypto journey. So it surprised me.
