I know pretty much everyone is excited about the crypto alert that Gensler was forced to resign from an internal investigation. The source is anonymous and is probably made up for clicks.

Don’t get your hopes up on this and hopefully we will get some confirmation either way from the agency. Careful what you wish for as well. You could get a more hard liner at the head of the agency if the rumor is proven true.

Again, this is just a rumor about Gensler resigning. There’s no real confirmation on this. You can hate on him all you want, but he’s probably not leaving until there’s a new administration that feels like he should be replaced.
