What happens to crypto if USD collapses?

As asked in the title, how USD collapse would affect crypto trading? As all trading is done in USD all prices are expressed in USD what happens in case of USD collapse? all stable coins are USD backed (as far as I know). Is there a space for new stable coin denominated in Yuans? Can crypto be traded in Rubles or Yuans? Might be a silly question but all answers appreciated. I am quite new to crypto. I would like to preserve value of my money. Already have major stake in gold but i want to diversify my portfolio, however there are still a bunch of stuff i don’t understand in crypto world.
