Just a friendly reminder

As the title says , this is just a friendly reminder about the absurd number of scammers on this sub.

Even more after the merge.

They don’t want to just talk , nor know you , nor be your friend. Maybe 1 in mil, you have more chances for doge to get to Nr 1 POW chain.

Let’s see a few examples that I have meet:

i manage a investing firm and will give you 5% return per day.. Yeah sure, you find clients on Reddit and make me a million in a week.

I found this exploit and work for the firm.. just send x amount and your win for sure. Sure, tell a reddit stranger to do it, no sketchy at all.

my hobbies are x,y,z,t, cat shit and binary options trading . Oh yeah i use those for my quantum crypto trading!

Don’t get fooled guys. No one will gift you crazy amounts of money. Maybe a moon if you’re lucky!

And what crazy excuses for human beings have you seen and experienced?

Edit: Some of you had really good points to combat this situation:

-Educate yourself more, and educate others in this awesome community. That will make it harder for the scammers to succeed. We will not get rid of them coz it’s sometimes profitable and in a country where you can live comfortably with just a few dollars, scamming a person for thousands it’s just insane.

-Create a reddit account just for crypto and/or investing.

Just block all DMs.
